Refrigration and Air conditioning.

Refrigeration and air conditioning is a trade course not a university course. You would need to go to a TAFE college not a university. A Diploma in electronics engineering is more likely to be a TAFE course than a university course as well. You might find a course at either Swinburne Institute of Technology or the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. I'd check with them.

All Universities cost the same if you are offered a place, you have to pay HECS but it can be deferred. If you are buying a place expect to pay through the nose.

It's probably too late for you to do a mid-year intake at this point, so you might have to wait until February to start courses.
