Steve said that qualified plumbers refuse to install the Little Squirt cloth nappy rinser, as they don't meet water system requirements? Are there any potential problems with using them?

If a product is illegal to use, it cannot be sold. It could be that the product is not intended to be used by multiple parents due to health issues. There may be chemicals involved that may be harmful if not used properly. All it takes is one idiot to hurt himself; or worse, his child.

In your own home, you should have the right to use the rinser. Just make sure you use it properly and the kids can't get into it on their own.

I doubt seriously that it is illegal to install an use. Unless you are buying one on the black market, if it were illegal you wouldn't be able to buy it in stores.

It's nothing more than the same thing I have on my kitchen sink to rinse off my dishes with. It's not a bad idea and i might just get one for myself

Good luck.
