I have RV parking. I just want to be able to use it at night. there is pleanty of space in the house so I dont want to use it as a living room or kitchen bathroom any ideas? It only needs to sleep 2. I also dont want to spend more than 10,000. I would like it to have A/C and heat

RV Parking isn't the same as living in your RV... Call your local zoning board and see if this use is permitted in your area.

Check with zoning, most places do not allow you to use as a home, when parked in your yard/ space. fire laws, insurance/ you need a hook up and generator/ air going in this heat here and the noise it makes. may irritate the people living near by. Check all before doing.....
