If i am connected to a residential network, can the computer with the router remotely see the webpages i've been on? The computer with the router is windows 98 with 72 megs out of 2 gigs open, and is about 10 years old. My comp is windows xp, 500 gig hard drive, 2 gigs ram, and 2.87 dual core gigahertz processor.

It has nothing at all to do with the operating system on either computer. If the router has logging turned on, then the answer is YES.

I have a Linksys wireless router (WRT55AG) and I have it log all activity to my hard drive to check for anyone breaking in to my signal (even though I've got both a WEP key and MAC filtering turned on for security).

The router operates independent of any computer (in terms of logging/viewing what you view) I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes, the network administrator could very easily look at all the files on your computer.
