computor icons and text.?

A technician made some adjustments to my computor , now the screen icons and text are smaller and I want them to be more readable.

Right-click an empty spot on your desktop, click Properties, click Appearance tab, at Font size click the down arrow & select the size you want. To change icon size, click Advanced button, at Item click the down arrow, click Icon, adjust size. Click OK, etc

They probably changed your screen resolution.
Click Start-->Settings-->Control Panel
Double click "Display"
Under the settings tab you can adjust the resolution to your liking.
