Yeah, it's true. Not only that, some portions of some episodes are staged and he gets help from his crew. If you want to find out more you should google "Bear Grylls Fraud" the show is called 'born survivor' in the UK. It is a bummer! If you want to watch a real survival show 'Survivorman' is good. The guy, Les, on that show would never mislead his viewers like Bear did. Below is an article about it that you should check out.
