well, it's 8:53 pm here in California...i just got home from work and i don't feel like cooking...so i went to Subways and got a sandwich. very delicious!!! yummy!!

I made a Spinach/Artichoke/Mushroom Casserole today, I was pretty happy with it (got the recipe off the food network website). Also made Flank Steak (was marinated in a Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing).

Well, its 9:00 here in San Jose and I just and a tamale, Doritos and a raspberry zinger for dinner. I cooked pork chops and mashed potatos for my husband, but hey, junk food is my friend!
