Okay so I have three phones on my sprint bill and I want to renew one of the phones. How much does that cost?..If I got the phone that I have about a year ago. I got the Sprint Katana and I am not happy with it and would like a new one. I've already used my $150 rebat on this phone so I know I can't use that again and I don't want to renew my contract.

When did you get the Katana - if less than 30 days since you ordered it you can return it and exchange it - just call customer service and let them know that you are not satisfied and ask them what you can do if it is past 30 days- if it is past the 30 days you may be able to bring it into a corporate sprint store and get a credit for it but before you bring it in check on line for current deals and then see if the store dealer will honor the deal you found on-line.

call customer service
if you do not want to renew your contract you will pay full retail for the phone.
