only if EVERYONE of age goes. That means Bush's twins, senators sons, congressmens daughters.
I also think Canada will have their own illegal immigration problem soon after it starts.

A REPUBLICAN said this?
Scary as the thought is, I think that it's long over due. That doesnt mean that I approve of war, I don't. I certainly don't approve of sending other poeple's children to fight a war so that large corporations can make their money and stockholders can profit. Sad to say, I think that if there is a draft, Congress would think twice about sending kids off to war if they were sending their own off too. Although who knows, look at what a mess Vietnam was.

I don't think there should be a draft. It always turns out that the sons of the poor and middle class families head off to war while the sons of the rich stay home. The draft will never be faceless.

Most Americans don't want the draft.
US politicians fear the draft. The "lawmakers" don't want riots in the streets where the politicians and their buddies are pulled out of buildings and guillotined.

If they want to win the war in Iraq, they need to do two things, one is the draft, the other one is doing away with political correctness.

It will not happen. And that's despite DEMOCRATS always trying to make it law. Yeah, look it up. Democrats are the ones who always want the draft to come back.
