I would have to say bleach.
Soak it, and rinse well, then sprinkle some baking soda on it and let it sit for a day or two. That should work!

I just went through this myself. The bleach didn't work. I went to Petsmart and bought a product called Simple Solution. Put it on. Let it soak 10 min and then wiped it with a towel. Worked great.

Grout is porous. White vinegar will do it

Use Nature's MIracle. Get it at PETCO or similar pet stores. Works every time.
