3 things come to mind 1- low blood sugar or 2- high blood pressure which could be a warning sing of preeclamsia or 3-dehydration. Call your doctor

Be sure to keep a close check on your blood pressure. With the extra weight and extra volume of blood, your blood pressure needs to stay within normal range to prevent serious complications. If you're in a hot climate, the heat in itself is exhausting and can cause headaches and upset stomachs. Any time you have a concern about whether something needs attention don't hesitate to contact your doctor. And have a healthy, happy baby!!

Nausea and Headaches can be signs of preeclampsia... if you don't have a blood pressure cuff at home I would go to Walmart and you can check your blood pressure at the pharmacy... if its is high (over 120/90) I would call your doctor in the morning.

It could also just be hormonal but I would check just to be sure.

If youare having headaches you need to see your doctor right away. If you are seeing white spots in front of your eyes then head to your local labor and delivery asap. You could have a condition called pre-eclamsia. I had it with three out of 4 kids and it can be very dangerous. It hits in the third trimester. Google it for more info.

No reason to worry, it's just your body doing its pregnancy thing. You have a lot more hormones running through you and baby now than you usually have in your non-pregnant state. These things are typical when you are so close to delivery. Blessings on your growing family!
