ok seens you have to overies they swich from one to the other because on month i have mild cramps and i can Deal with it and then the next month im in so much pain i dont even want to move is this true?????

Yes, they do switch, and that is probably what's happening. Discuss this with your OBGYN

I wonder if you have a small cyst or fibroid on your ovary--? Best thing to do is check with your gyneclogist.
Be aware of what else might be different from month to month and maybe you can narrow it down.
Some women have bad cramps if they have endometrisis, but it is more rare than most women think. I found stress, activity, weather, nutrition, all those things affect periods.
Ibuprofen is totally the best thing for cramping, better than ANY other pain killer.

u still have 2 overies, but an egg drops from one side a month

Yes. I have the same thing happen to me. After having my son, my periods got better. Also being on the pill, helps a little. If it gets really bad call you Doctor, they can prescribe a pain reliever. Best of luck to you.

Yes, it's true. When you ovulate, it does switch from one ovary to the other.
