If you can get a "micro-worm" starter culture the little guys will grow like weeds. Until they get big enough to eat frozen baby brine shrimp, try buying a good quality linen handkerchief and put a hard-boiled egg yolk(the yellow part) in the hanky and twist it until the egg comes through the linen. The particles will be small enough for the fry to eat.
Also if you have a small air-driven sponge filter the fry will find tiny organisms to pick at on it.(If it's old and well cycled.) Just run the filter with a very gentle and slow bubble rate so as not to create too much current.
Oh yeah, don't add too much had-boiled egg yolk at one time, and siphon out the left-overs every day with an air hose.

Betta fry are very tiny and desire infusoria as food for the 1st 3 to 4 days of existence. After this time they are able to attend to newly hatched toddler brine shrimp, finely sifted daphnia or microworms.

dont have to feed them in 2 or 3 days since they still have their yolks. if you have live plants, then there should be little organism for them to eat for a day or two. Buy some liquid fry for them. and then some start hatching some baby brime shrips for them in like 2 weeks or so. When their able to swim freely.

get newly hatched brine shrimp at petsmart, or you could get tropical flakes and crush them into powder and put some ontop of the babies.

You really should have planned...
