I need a detailed plan with dimentions so I can reproduce the plans and make a 3D model.

they will only build their houses on a wood foundation HUH? Something wrong here, unless it's on a beach lot and must be on stilts. NO, you cannot take their plans to another builder.. They pay architects thousands of dollars to draw plans and they are copyrighted. You also cannot make a copy of the plans.
