is there a certain age a girl has to reach before she can physically and fully orgasm? i heard it was 21.. is this false information? or can someone even younger experience that same sensation. and what are some ways to help reach orgasm?

No you don't have to be 21 to have an orgasm! You can be any age. I'm not 21 and I have orgasms all the time.
Ways to help reach orgasm? Have you tried masturbating? I don't want to say too much here but start rubbing your clitoris area with your fingertips and experiment until you find a style that works. You also want to fantasise at the same time.

NO, it's false. I'm 18 but I've been having orgasms since I was 16 years old. They normally last for about 30 seconds for me.

That information is false. I think they meant that you may not know your body well enough until you are that age. Many women do not experience an orgasm until they are mid 20's or even older, because they have not had enough experience with their bodies yet.

i had my first orgasm in my pre teens, and it only seemed that i could only do it myself,my advice on reaching the big o, fantasize. im tellin ya. my boyfriend is smoking hot ( sure beats the cavemen i used to date) and he does everything right, im a lucky gal... but i never understood why i couldnt reach. id wear us out, then one time, i just closed my eyes, and let my mind wander in the gutter.
