I am 6 months pregnant, and when I have sex, it hurts alot, I know one of the problems is that I am so dry. Is there a way to get natural lubrication to help?

No, not without stimulation prior to intercourse. If that's not an option, try a vaginal lubricant or moisturizer. You can get them at pretty much any pharmacy.

KY Jelly. You can purchase it at any drugstore or Walmart type store. And to the person who doesn't know if it is safe to have sex while pregnant...yes, it is.

It is safe to have sex up until your water breaks [ unless you have some complications ].
Use KY jelly or any generic drugstore or WalMart etc. brand - they work very well. [ that's what we use before we examine people in labor!]

i had to use KY during my 1st pregnancy, because i was real dry also.. and yes, to the first answerer, sex is fine and often recommended throughout your entire pregnancy!! :)

Coconut oil is great.
It's natural, cheap, and smells good.
Most tubs are like under $5.00 and last FOREVER. It just takes a LITTLE because it melts with your body heat.
