For an engine to run you need compression, fuel spark AND TIMING.

All you need to start a motor is compression, fuel, spark, and now a good data stream inside the computer. If you have fuel pressure, check for spark outputs and repair if nec. I am assuming the motor is good. If you have spark and fuel pressure, you need to scan the computer for data and codes. If there is a theft code active you will have to repair that as it shuts down fuel injector spray to prevent theft. Good luck.
