You can use an MP3 editor such as Audacity that will edit any MP3 down to a 30 second (or less) sound clip that can be used on a cell phone as a ringtone. You would also need to save the ringtone in a lower bitrate but Audacity takes care of that for you also. yes the NFL on FOX theme song is free if you want that.
but not many free one.
and be real careful of the funmobile and companies that charge like $10 a month
ex vz employee and had to review bills for customers that made lots of mistakes and got hammered with charges.
