There are four parks that seem to get a lot of home runs, 2 in the AL and two in the NL.

For the AL it's the Rangers and White Sox while in the NL it's Philly and Colorado. The humidor thing has limited the number hit in Colorado, but its still a hitters park. With that being said my choice would be Philly with its short fences.

In the NL, there's Citizen's Bank in Philly and Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, which are the two smallest parks in the majors and the ball just carries out. In the AL, I have to go with Ameriquest Field in Arlington where the Rangers play. The jet stream makes the balls fly out quickly. Also to consider is Jacobs Field in Cleveland.
