How do we say? I have met my need and how do i embrace such a desire? How can i finally arrive and not know how to be? A new moment, unlike any that I've known before. To realize I can touch and hold and live with this need I have been given.

There is considerable difference between immediate and delayed gratification in life. Being slaves to our "feelings" in the moment leads to long term suffering.
Thinking serves a variety of purposes -- an antidote to boredom, an antidote to be being alone, and a way to stop interacting with others. Sometimes, it can be a combination of all three.

People don't trust their own instincts all of the time. Were all afraid of rejection most all the time. So when the good gets to being to good to be true, we deny those feelings and run before rejection hits.

it all comes down to how you feel about yourself. Anyone with a low self esteem will find a way to deprive themselves of anything that might make them happy. It's all sub-conscious....self full-filling prophesy. You find someone who is perfect for you...you fall madly in love...then it starts to happen. You wonder what they see in you...why would they possibly love you? Over analyzing leads to a breakup and if you really think about it you can't even tell why. Learn to love yourself first and you will find love that lasts.

i loved my ex yet i knew i couldnt stay with him for many reasons. following your heart is NOT always best
