Auto machine shop.. Look in your phone book for auto machine shop.
Alot of car quest auto parts stores and napa auto parts stores has machine shops in the back.

Most shops will charge $8 to $12 per hole to bore and hone.. The shop I use charges $96 to bore and hone a chevy v-8

Now alot of shops won't bore a dirty engine, so you may have to pay to have it hot tanked 1st.. Which will run between $40-60, but worth every penny.. Comes out looking like new.

Also you may want to have it cecked for cracks before you have it bored..Just to be safe, rather than sorry.

You can get them bored at a local automotive machine shop. just look in the yellow pages, or contact a local speed shop and see who they use.
