I loved my bf too much and he was the same , suddnely changed ,when i asked he told me iam never changed ,why i feel sad and not happy ,i think he hasnt the same degree with my emotion , i thought all the i dont like to do any thing just thing he is not like before ,i feel he is cold and careless with me after love long love relation for3 years , i dont like to lose him ,and i dont love my self or life without him plase helpme

Before you worry about your relationship with your bf, you need to worry about your relationship with you. If you don't like yourself for you -- how can you expect anyone else to.

Take some time off the relationship. If it is meant to be, it will come back together after a while. Just work on developing yourself as a person that YOU admire and respect.

I know exactly where you're coming from. During one of my marriages, I felt like my husband suddenly changed - but you know, he didn't really. He was always the way he was, I just couldn't see it because of how I felt about myself and the expectations I had.

We did break up and I thought my world was going to end, but you know what? It was the best thing that ever happened to me. I grew up afterwards and learned that I can be myself and still be loved.

It sounds like you never really loved him, you were obsessed by the thought of him, or the thought of love, but he was never there for you, not really. You need to see what is actually going on here, he doesn't love you and he is not obsessed with you. He likes you, perhaps as a friend, but this is not love and you can't think it is.
