I had my gallbladder removed in 2002 and I had my second daughter in 2003 by c-section. I too had the same symptoms as you because of the gallbladder being removed. I did not have any problems with "making it on time". You'll be able to make it.

Since you are having a scheduled c-section you won't be allowed to eat anything after midnight the night before surgery. I had my gallbladder removed and find that I get diarrhea mostly right after I eat. And after the c-section they like you to get up out of bed soon after surgery--within 12 hours or sooner if you can manage. So really you should be fine, and even if not, using a bed pan won't be the worst thing--besides the nurses have seen it ALL before.

first of all, I had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago and the only problem I ever had was after I ate a huge amount of fat. LIke fettucini alfredo followed immediately by cheese cake. I don't think they diarrhia is normal.
I also don't think you have to worry about anything. As long as doc is aware they will take care of everything
