The point of watching it is because you love the game. It is a great sport, and just because you can't go pro doesn't make the game any less beautiful. You can still play, but the percentage of people that actually go pro is very small.

Hey...sometimes being a fan is just as good as playing itself.

For the enjoyment of the game.... :-)

Becoming a pro does not mean you enjoy the game anymore than an armature.. you just get paid to play the game you love.(OK so you get paid a lot).

If you could only enjoy a game when your a pro, you would have a very small percentage of people playing sports. It's only the top 1% of all the sporting population who get the chance to go pro. Of that 1% only 10% actualy make it as a pro.

So like the rest of us non professionals, just play for the love of the game. It's what made you play it in the first place.

Becaue u support the team u want to win..if u were pro wouldnt u want fans chearing u on???also like myself its fun to watch soccer games. you dont know who will win.it could come down to the last 5 minutes of the game. Find a team u like and find out when they play. Then find someone who is voting for the opposite team(a friend) and invite him over. Or get a bunch of poeple to come. Its fun..try it!!

Good point! But at least you should be good at it, know the game, be able to pull off some moves... I hate fans that never kicked a ball in their life but pretend to be die hard. If you totally suck then you shouldnt be a fan!

It's like watching a movie. You're living your dreams through that movie. If you love soccer, but you can't turn pro. You're living your dream through watching it.That's what makes it so great.

Besides, there's no need to turn pro.People find fun in just having a kick-about with their friends.

because the game is entertaining and also because teams thrive off of the fans. some of the intensity is taken out of the game when fans arent there cheering for their team and giving off such a great atmosphere

Why watch TV or movies if you can't become a good actor?
Why read novels if you can't write them. Follow your favorite team through thick and thin and appreciate the game. .

Come on, you don't have to be master in everything. In fact, people play golf for fun, swim or run for body fitness, and dance although they are not pros. That's what makes our lives more colorful.
