I have dealt with heartburn for a long time, you'll have to change your diet, no chocolate, caffeine, tomatoes, alcohol acidic juice or fruit, and eat smaller portions, and don't snack before bedtime, and elevate the head of your bed, to keep acid down.

I assume you mean you are 32 weeks' pregnant. You have to add the word pregnant or else people may not know what 32 weeks mean.
The growing baby is pressing on your stomach and all your stomach juice is being pushed up and that is why you feel the heart burn.
Do not skip meals. In fact always have some neutralizing agent nearby. The best will be milk. You can also have some titbits like biscuits. When there is something for the juice to act on, it will not act on your stomach so much.

The baking soda and water works good also crackers. Or simply take Rolaids or tums. I lived on that stuff when I was pregnant. Also dont eat anything up until 3 hours before you go to bed. If you have to eat thenn eat some crackers or tortilla chips..

Frequent glasses of milk in the night. Tums, or other calcium tablets throughout the day. Try not to eat for two hours before bed(except milk), and a walk each day can also help.

The baking soda trick will work. Taste really nasty, but trust me it really does work. When all else fails I drink it down. Hold my nose and gulp..lol. but I do get relief right away.
