1981 hondamatic cm400A Repair manual?
I need to adjust the valves on my Hondamatic and I was wondering If anyone has the repair manual and If they could scan and email me the information out of the repair manual on how to adjust them? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much

This engine should be similar to the earlier CB360T. Valve lash was .002" intake, .003" exhaust. TDC compression stroke for each side. There should be a mark on the rotor and indicator on the case. Check for lash on BOTH valves of one cylinder at a time to see if it's on the firing stroke. Adjust those valves,rotate 360* check for lash on the other side and adjust. Engine must be COLD. If you don't understand any of this terminology, you shouldn't be attempting to adjust your valves. There should be a manual somewhere and there's guys and gals that know how to do this.
