I've wanted a Tiger all my life but only a baby tiger. I got the closest thing I could, a Bengal Cat. It is a cat that looks like a tiger. I think they actually look more like jaguar/leopards but they are AWESOME!

I got mine from Anjou Bengals in New Jersey. This lady is incredible with how she cares for her cat. She has a separate house just for the cats and keeps the families in the house with her along with all of her personal cats. The thing that surprised me about this place is that it was so CLEAN. You could not even smell "cat." Her name is Vicki and I highly recommend going to her if you are interested in owning something like this.

This is her website: http://www.anjoubengals.com

and this is my kitten: http://anjoubengals.com/db2/00144/anjoubengals.com/_uimages/OlivialightspotJuly4girl.jpg

Depends on one's definition of "Exotic".

As an "inner city" resident (1 KM from the City's CBD) having a domestic chock for a pet is considered unusual.

A gorilla.

There's not many animals you can teach to communicate with humans (sign language!). It'd be pretty cool to have a pet that could flip you off and know it's a rotten thing to do.

no problems with biting? then i want a camel because at least you can ride it through town and save on gas and no one would road rage you because the camel would take care of that. and here where i live, a camel would do well in this heat. do you think Bedouins would come and steal it? i guess i would have to lo-jack it. at least i could see far enough down the street.

No problems? As in it wouldn't eat me?
A tiger. They are so beautiful.
But.. for the record, I am totally apposed to private ownership of any exotics.
