Try this: first make sure you don't have blood soaked into the trunk's liner. If you do, use a carpet cleaner like Resolve to remove the stains and deodorize at least that part.
Then take a bunch of newspapers and crumple up individual sheets into large, loose balls. Stuff them into the trunk and the cab of the car until both compartments are fairly full, and leave the paper in there overnight or even over the weekend if it's possible. The newspapers should absorb most if not all of the smell.
I did this with our refrigerator when the power went out for three days in our neighborhood due to a storm, and a roast and other foods went bad inside. After leaving the paper inside for a couple of days the smell was gone.
Hope this helps.

can you remove the fabric liner in the trunk? if you can, wash with bleach in the washing machine. Then take the car to the car wash and power wash the trunk.
If you can't remove the carpet, power wash the trunk anyway, and use a wet dry vac to suck out the moisture.
When ever possible, leave the trunk lid open and in the sun to air it out, and kill the bacteria.
Spay the inside of the trunk with bleach and water. Kill the bacteria, and you kill the smell

They sell these bags of odor remover at the hardware stores. Its like a mesh bag filled with rocks. Put one in the trunk and one in the car. It absorbs odors. Leave the windows shut so it doesn't absorb the polluted air.

Tilex? Try Febreze. And douse the thing. Or bleach. Raw meat is raunchy.
Just like blood.

Had the same thing happen to me with chicken livers in my trunk.
I used Lysol, Pine Sol, etc nothing worked.
I finally used the newspapers and charcoal but it took sometime for the smell to go completely away. You need to change them every 3 or 4 days.

Leave the keys in your car in a bad neighborhood. Report the car stolen the next day.
