Girls, do you "dress up" for your boyfriend?

I'm bringing him dinner this weekend...he suggested I "dress up." When I asked what he wanted me to wear, he said heels. So I went shopping: I had fun, short strapless dress, white Liz Claiborne heels with little bows on them, a new necklace and earrings. I have to admit it was fun.

I'm a casual kind of girl. I don't typically wear heals...I wear jeans. I want to make him happy...I just wonder what other women do.
