I'm taking Select OB, they can be swallowed or chewed and Expecta, which is an Omega 3 supplement, (you need this if you do not consume fish) it's for the baby's brain and eye development. Prenatal vitamins should be taken throughout your entire pregnancy and I was told that it's most important to take Expecta during the 3rd trimester, which is when the brain grows the most rapidly.

expecta is one of the many vitamin supplements out there. u can just get a generic prenatal vitamin and thats good enough. just make sure u have at least 800ml of folic acid.
