Can anyone recommend a nice vacation spot out of the U.S?

I have a 1yr. old daughter & my wife is in a wheelchair. So it needs to be a least semi-accssesible.

Travel to Canada. It is beautiful up there and the woodlands are so nice. Good fishing, nice resorts. See the huge statue of Paul Bunyon. I Love Canada !!
