I just say "I'm better than everyone in the world" and I go streaking and but expensive things. It usually works.

What I'm trying to do is get in the habit of running when I get angry. It really works! When I start running I think about all of the things that make me really angry, stressed or upset and I keep thinking (until about a mile later) it just disappears. Then I can't think of anything that makes me angry at all! Its like magic.

It truly depends on my state of mind. At times, I smile and walk away for ever... no regrets, but I never acknowledge their existence again. At other times, I share how very little I care for their opinions one way or another ( with the same cold smile on my face ). I also make a very sharp and snobby comment about their character, that usually sticks for years. Needless to say, they don't challenge me ever again.

I write it all down. The pen is my greatest weapon. I can release every feeling I have onto paper and then just burn it or tear it up into pieces after wards. It helps when I need to get anger off of my chest.
