yeah but some people just annoy you to the point it's either block them or shoot the computer screen

Some people will go in and read your (old,old,old) questions and report them just because they decided they did not like you for some reason. (Sorry I am so pretty and nice and that person is not --just kidding)
yeah they could create a new account but that is a lot of trouble. Some people have a few accounts jsut ready & waiting those are the ones that can get you deleted.
