I live in the Hougang area, and i'm looking for stainless steel sheets to build a project. Are there any shops selling that around my area? if not, where are they found?

Phone your nearest hardware shop, the old-fashioned small kind is the best, your own garage or a body shop ( the kind where they repair badly damaged cars) and ask them for help.
Often they will refer you to a shop that is near, or they can get it for you from a whole-saler's.

Check your area for a supply house for heating and air products. (sheet metal, fixtures, ect...) They should be able to help you.

Find a local machine shop or fabrication shop they will have it or will get it for you
