Without going stark raving mad?

Its paying the bills and putting food on the table. I don't have to like it, but I do it every day, I would rather be doing something different. Like being a crash dummy for new cars

Sometimes I wonder. I run two departments and I also do sales but that isn't the problem. I do well in those jobs as far as my performance is concerned and I'm the type of person that doesn't require attention and supervision so everyone seems to have the impression that I'm content and have my act together. Its just the opposite in fact. I have seriously considered looking for a different job but I have had this overwhelming feeling that an incredible opportunity is in the works. I don't mean a premonition or anything like that, its more of sense of confidence and positive thinking. I will not react emotionally about anything regarding my job because we all know how difficult it is to secure gainful employment. I know there is something out there that I am well suited for and I believe that I am preparing myself for that reward.

I can stand a life-time of my job; it's my career and it suits me.

1. If you can't stand your job, just stop and think about life without a job.
2. If you don't like what you do for a living, assess your abilities and interests, get some training in a career that suits you, and look for opportunities to improve your situation.
