I know the Baer Brake package or Stop Tech seems hard but it is really not to bad to replace everything you have if you have tools and can follow instructions. Front drum remove and Disk up grade plus master cyl about 4.5 hours at shop labor rate including wheel bearing replacement and repack. If you add on rear disk brakes add about 4.0 extra hours because the rear end has to be taken apart to remove the axle clips to remove the rear axles. The rear backing plates are junked and old wheel bearings replaced. And proper dot #4 new brake fluid.

The kit is one thing--a reliable brake shop installation is 45 to 55 an hour

If you have all the parts then you will only pay for labor. You have to estimate how many hours it will take and find out the going rate in your area. Probably around $70 per hour, at least. Do you want to do all 4 brakes or just the fronts?
Some technicians don't like to work with parts that were already purchased by the customer. I know one guy who used to say "Do you bring your own chopped meat to McDonald's and ask them to cook it for you?" if a customer wanted him to do that.
The reason he didn't like to work like that is because if the parts were defective or failed then he would get blamed. He would say the parts failed. Then in turn the company who sold the parts would say it was not their fault, it was the guy who installed it.

This is an open question. I would have to see what's included with your kit. Drop by a shop of your choice and discuss what you would like done.

Depending on what you have to work with, you'll probably just have to pay for labor.there maybe a highschool in your area that has an auto motive shop and the kids could do it for you (under the supervision of a trained professional)
