What is the difference between character and
personality?
character - the distinguishing attributes of a person.

personality - collective characteristic qualities of a person.
http://www.wordsmyth.net/live/home.php
The Hindu Upanishads say that character is a set of
attitudes of a person at a given point of time.
A person of bad character may turn good at a
later time.
Personality is a collective memory of all the
experiences of past births. It is accessed only
by the sub-conscious mind at the times of crisis.
This is what is capable of converting a person
of bad character into one with good character.
Almighty does not consist of any created material
because all that is created is subject to
annihilation. Almighty is Infinite Consciousness.
The Hindu Advitha theory says that Atma (soul) is a
finite piece of Parama Atma (Infinite Soul). Atma
represents finite consciousness. The Karma sheath
which surrounds the Atma is personality.

When a person goes to the doctor they look so sick, but when the doctor tells them they are fine, they come out smiling. You are what you hear.
p.s. A doctor tells a person they have cancer, then they start to die. When they thought they were fine, they were working and laughing. It is all in the brain.
Call the title BRAIN POWER/HEARING POWER on your research paper.

On Oprah Winfrey today, there was a judge who gave strange sentences to people. Like, for a woman who abandoned 30 kittens in the woods in the winter, she was sentenced to spend all night in the woodsalone ( probably nt in the winter.)
A social worker was arguing that his odd sentences were bad, if they caused humiliation, because that jsut made the people become more likely to become more criminal, more discontent in their society.
I think a paper on when odd sentences are beneficial, when they are harmful, and in what conditions you just can't tell would be an interesting subject to research.

Psychedelic drugs have always been interesting for me. There is plenty of information available. Try Terrance and Dennis McKenna for an interesting anthropological and psychological viewpoint.
