Stillettos hurt because they are not designed in any way to be comfortable. They are designed to look good. Your right ankle is probably weaker than your left, and you should be careful because if your ankle twists too much you could sprain it.

If you HAVE to wear them for work (I'm guessing you work in a bar or something?) talk to your manager about possibly wearing better shoes, because otherwise they will be paying worker's comp when you injure yourself.

omg i have the same problem. stilettos are so hot!! I love wearing them but they do hurt so much. And I have noticed that wearing a wedged heel shoe doesn't hurt as much. But I saw a commercial about the gellies inserts and I think I might try that. That looks like it might work. Try it and let me know, so I can do the same. Happy feet!!

Practice, practice, practice or wear something more comfortable like a wedge heel. I didn't know stillettos were still in style.

Could you substitue a wedge or a lower heel instead? Those are easier to walk in.
