there's not doubt that your own mental state has to be responsible, at least in part, for how your relationships go. yes, if you are insecure and anxious, you can partially blame that for breaking up. would i go back to that person? highly doubtful. it's gone and you can't get it back. and yes, i have blamed my own insecurity for at least one breakup.
