Leaders are all about motivating and encouraging people. Managers are about reaching objectives, they're about the numbers.

A leader is someone people want to follow. A manager is someone people feel obligated to satisfy.

Managers come up with the plan and leaders make it happen.

I will re-phrase the question in such a way
that leads to the 3- essential features of a leader,
which are usually missing in a manager :

1- The leader's positive spiritual force........................
inspires and motivates others to become the best that they can be,
he makes you feel better in his presence,
and drives you "willingly" to do your best.
He is the "energizing" Officer............!!!


2- The leader has a contagious enthusiasm,
has the ability to weave a vision and share a dream,
through his passionate to productivity.
He is the "enthusiasm" Executive.........!!!

3- The leader has the capability to present anything
in a simple and practical form that.................
makes focusing on excellency an enjoyable work.
He is the "excellency" Chief.........!!!
