Play up fair skin with eyeshadows that are a lighter shade of pale. Think soft white, gray and silver.

Stick to neutral!!!
It looks best on our skin with blue eyes and blonde hair (im the same)
Plus, theres a wide range of neutrals...
Browns, Tans, Black, Grey, Beige...
Mix and match the top of the eyelid with the liner and the angles, you get a really pretty smoky eye.
Whenever i try other colors with my blue eyes i look like a hooker!!! :( So i stick to staying pretty.

I have the same hair color, and eyes, normally I put on a off white, or baise color from the bottom part of my eyelid to my eye brow, then just on the lid I put black, with bright blue mixed in for a great smokey color. : ) It looks great!!

Usually, the best colors contrast with your eye color:
greens
purples
browns
grays
With accents in:
whites, pinks, silvers or
ivory, peach, golds
Also try a blue that isn't the same shade as your eyes:
light blue - teal, navy or indigo
dark blue - aqua, powder blue or sky blue

It depends on what kind of look you're going for--I am also naturally blonde with blue eyes, and i try to play up the blue.
There's actually something by Almay called "Play up the Blue" (they have it for all eye colors).

Also, gray blue colors that look blue next to gray, but look gray next to your eyes work perfectly.

ok there is a new colour line from loreal theyve got some for blue green and brown eyes plus they last long and if you cant find any try light colours makes you look fresh

any color would look good on you.
but i would make sure the color of your outfit goes with the color of your eye shadow.

I would have to say neutral colors would look best.
Dark purple, silver, brown...those would look really pretty.
