I ordered some GREAT ones from alloy.com. I know that's online only, but the brand is Union Bay so you might be able to find them elsewhere!

go explore the mall department stores that sell shoes. you might find some winter boots there.

at target they have ones that look exactly like uggs but there not. you can try there.

go to payless, journeys, or aeropostale. they have cute stuff that is cheaper then the real thing.
