i'm sorry you're going through this, but don't give up, you gotta keep your hopes up, you should really really talk to a doctor either your obgyn or an RE (fertility specialist) to see what they say, sometimes with as little as a prescription it could help a lot, you can ask an RE online for free and tell them your situation and see what they say, at least it'll guide you in the right direction, try www.FertilityTies.com
good luck!

You need to talk with your doctor. There are many things that can cause infertility so you and your husband should have a thorough examination. See your doctor if you are under 35 and haven't conceived after one year of unprotected sex or over 35 and haven't conceived after 6 months. There is a great book which I would recommend called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. You won't be disappointed. Good Luck. I am TTC myself!
By the way...the try to relax comments are meant to be helpful, but obviously it is difficult to do. Take charge by learning more. You will feel better!!

OK my advice to you is this stop thinking of having a baby trust me you will find your more relaxed and less stressed just have sex when you feel like having sex and you watch it will happen also tell your man to wear boxers instead of undies and after sex i would lie down with your bum under a pillow for 1/2 hour every time you have sex this happened to me i also lost a little bit of weight as well and all this change i made i fell pregnant in 3 months after i stopped stressing myself about having a baby hope this helps you out a little good luck

Just relax for a few months. Stop "trying". It takes a few months for your body to "reset" itself after a miscarriage. They usually advise someone to wait at least 3 months, but it can take longer for the body to get back on track. I had a miscarriage in January and my period still isn't coming at regular intervals. If after a few months of not trying to not get pregnant as I like to call it, then see a doc. Sometimes the stress of trying to become pregnant actually hinders it from happening.

Try to relax, which I know is easier said than done. If you haven't conceived by December go to the doctor. Most will not see you until you have been trying for one year following the miscarriage.

stop trying so hard. just have sex with your hubby and don't even think about trying to get pregnant. you will have better success if you are relaxed and enjoying what your doing without the worry. it may take a while but sooner or later you will get pregnant again. so enjoy the time with your husband and forget about getting pregnant!!!
