Penis permanently shrink after they've been cold or either in a pool?
Because I've always wondered this.

oh yeah i do watch Seinfeld but for some reason i thought George's penis was permanently shrunken...

Not permanently, no. It gets smaller and closer to the body so it isn't damaged by the cold. It returns to normal when it gets back to body temperature.

no, its not permanently, just as well. I live in the UK and if it shrunk permanently i would be in big trouble... the UK weather is very cold and...just as well it resumes to its normal size once warmed up.

It gets shriveled up but when you warm it up it gets back to normal.

haha no when you get cold your junk gets closer to your body to keep it warm and when its hot it moves away its to make sure your sperm dosnt die
