The XS750 was a lovely looking bike, but unfortunately it had a reputation for shocking unreliability. As a result it will never become a classic, but it is worth what someone will pay for it. It is impossible to value without seeing it, as peoples ideas of "mint" vary enormously.
I and most other people in this particular market (usually collectors) would class "mint condition" as looking like it just left the showroom, or very recently, with all the original parts present and correct.

For one in this condition and a collector who really wants one, maybe £15 - £1800 might change hands.
For a clean one, which looks like it has done 20,000 miles, in good mechanical condition and just something like an aftermarket exhaust fitted, maybe it may reach as high as £800. That's if the collector had a brand new genuine exhaust, tank, sidepanels, fork legs and a large tin of stove enamel sat in his shed looking for a bike to mate with.

For one with a "custom" painted tank, yellow wheels, red frame, pot black engine with (un)tasteful gold effect engine covers, a wiring loom which consists almost entirely of brown wires and yellow sparky's tape,K&N filters and an old Marshall 3 into1exhaust, £100 for parts if you are lucky.

It really can vary that much.

If you are in the UK - If the first example, advertise in the VJMC newsletter, The middle one, advertise in bike trader, the latter, advertise in the Yeller, or Loot or whatever free ads paper you have where you live.

I'd agree with WL - around £750 tops, if it's a real minter with T&T.

The XS-750 was never a popular bike, so even in good nick, you're not going to get much interest. Additionally, they were known for losing 3rd gear (the selector fork would break) and a few had camshaft problems. Hard to sell, if a potential buyer knows about that.

In the end, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay you. If no-one offers you more than £500, then that's what it's worth...

so which you're telling us which you have a motor vehicle it somewhat is sixteen year previous motor vehicle on it is 2d motor and the physique is mint. Hmmm. Mint as defined via Kelly Blue e book reads this way... astounding looks new, is in astounding mechanical concern and needs no reconditioning. by no ability had any paint or physique artwork and is free of rust. sparkling identify historic previous and could bypass a smog and risk-free practices inspection. Engine compartment is sparkling, devoid of fluid leaks and is free of any placed on or seen defects. finished and verifiable service records. decrease than 5% of all used autos fall into this classification. stable free of any substantial defects. sparkling identify historic previous, the paints, physique, and indoors have purely minor (if any) blemishes, and there are not any substantial mechanical issues. little or no rust in this motor vehicle. Tires journey and have important tread placed on left. A "stable" motor vehicle will want some reconditioning to be bought at retail. maximum shopper owned autos fall into this classification. honest some mechanical or attractiveness defects and needs servicing yet remains in genuine looking working concern. sparkling identify historic previous, the paint, physique and/or indoors want artwork carried out via a expert. Tires could could be replaced. there could be some repairable rust harm. poor severe mechanical and/or attractiveness defects and is in poor working concern. could have issues that may not be able to be extremely purely fastened which contain a broken physique or a rusted-via physique. Branded identify (salvage, flood, and so on.) or unsubstantiated mileage. Kelley Blue e book would not attempt to document a value on a "poor" motor vehicle through fact the cost of those autos varies very much. A motor vehicle in poor concern could require an self sustaining appraisal to ensure its value. in accordance to yoru description your motor vehicle is in poor concern, and would not even value a quote through fact the cost is so diverse requiring an self sustaining appraisal.. The hyperlink is to the region that describes teh value of you motor vehicle because it stands with the engine subject concerns. purely that on my own places it into the poor classification, with a value someplace decrease than $645.
