Sorry to hear that you have a bad time at a MCD.
Well there's many ways and you will get an answer.
1. Talk to a manager on shift there.
2. A store Manager the boss of the store.
3. A lot of MCD are privately owned so they should have a costumer complain number that goes straight to the company/owners that manage that store.
4. You can find the regional corp, office.
5. Also there is a 1-800 number on all the bags, cups, and some boxes that have to complaint or comment a store.

Corporate McDonalds should respond. That doesn't mean they actually will.

Ask the manager on duty at that particular store for the number to the Regional Manager.

Depends on who you write it to. Send it to the McDonald's corporate office in your area. You can find it by going to Google.

they don't in 2005 complained about conditions in paramus, NJ and still no reply to my complaint.
they do not respond so answer is to boycott the store and its crappy customer service
