I think that the reasons a person my be interested in a certain time period may be because they lived in that time. Such as I hate the cowboy time period, most likely I had a hard life during that time. I think that our past lives affect who we are in the current life living. Our likes and dislikes could be from past lives. What about fears? Such as drowning, being raped, being murder, or getting into a car wreck. Many of ours fears come from how we died in a past life.
