I can't install any games or play any games,or watch movies.When I gone to the device manager my cd rom drive had a yellow sign with an exclamation point next to it.So I checked it out and it said there was an error,code 39.Then I troubleshooted the device and it still didn't work.Any help?

u should've mentioned what troubleshooting method u used. now open up your cpu and check if the bus is ok. if it is then reinstall or update the driver software. still having problem? through it to garbage or just recycle it.
