If the next person in line, the speaker of the house, is not eligible s/he is skipped and it would be the president pro tempe of the senate and if s/he is not eligible, the secretary of state, etc.

It goes to Speaker of the House but if the speaker was not born a US citizen then it skips that person and goes to next in line which I believe is President Pro Temp of the Senate.

if both the president and the vice president were to die and the speaker of the house was not born in the us, the president of the senate would become president.
