If the next person in line, the speaker of the house, is not eligible s/he is skipped and it would be the president pro tempe of the senate and if s/he is not eligible, the secretary of state, etc.

It goes to Speaker of the House but if the speaker was not born a US citizen then it skips that person and goes to next in line which I believe is President Pro Temp of the Senate.
