Luckily I missed it, but it must have been one of the longest holdups ever on that stretch. I know of a couple who missed their flight from Gatwick due to the holdup and they left with their journey only an hours run from home. they left home four and a half hours early to be there in good time. Really mucked up their holiday.

Not me, last time I travelled on the M25 was 2 weeks ago and that was like 5am, not much traffic at that time.
